Mindful movement can refer to any physical exercise that involves
directing our attention to our breathing, our body & our habits.
Through this intentional practice, we can strengthen ourselves, better our focus & alleviate tension and pain while cultivating a deeper inner connection.
My goal is to help individuals discover a welcoming home within their bodies, so they can pursue any aspirations they please, whether it be to roll on the lawn with the kids or to run a professional marathon.

Qi-Gong 6th harmony
As an instructor, practitioner and researcher of conscious movement for over 17 years, I have had the privilege of accompanying countless individuals on their journeys toward recovery and greater vitality.
Initially, I viewed teaching as a hobby that would complement my cinema studies. However, an injury I sustained while filming, brought me to the world of rehabilitation and healing, where I discovered the incredible potency of breathwork and the art of breaking patterns in movement and thought.
What began as a casual interest soon blossomed into an incredible expedition into the realms of the body, movement, and mind. This journey gradually evolved into a quest for the essence of healing movement.
One of the most important things that I have come to understand, is that true transformation arises not from exertion and force, but from intention and attentive listening.
Thus, I encourage all of us to seek out movements that flow seamlessly and effortlessly, fostering curiosity of the mind and synchronization, strength, and healing of the body.

There are several types of Qi-Gong, each with a unique set of five animals, through which the nature of energy and movement can be understood.
